POLICY
The Bunker is committed to ensuring that the products you purchase from us meet your expectations. We offer a standard 30-day return or exchange policy as follows:
- Refunds shall be provided to the original method of payment within the first 30 days on returns resalable items that are unworn, in new condition, and in original packaging. Some exceptions apply.
- The original receipt, invoice, or order reference must be present at the time of the return.
- Returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee, and this may be waived only at the discretion of The Bunker.
EXCEPTIONS
Embellished Items
Items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of our customers cannot be returned. All sales on embellished items are final at time of order placement. Items may be exchanged if the exchange is due to our error.
Special Order Items
Items that The Bunker does not regularly carry in stock cannot be returned. All sales on Special Order items are final at time of order placement. Items may be exchanged if the exchange is due to our error.
Special Order Items
Bulletproof material (plates, panels, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales on body armor are final at time of order placement. Manufacturer defects should be handled through the manufacturer
HAZMAT or ORM-D Items
Includes, but is not limited to, self-defense sprays, chemical kits, select first aid kits and components, road flares, and fire extinguishers. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Electronics
Body cameras, audio recording devices, memory cards, less lethal self-defense devices (e.g. stun guns or tasers), cannot be returned to The Bunker. They must be returned directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer’s return policy.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by The Bunker offer extended manufacturer’s warranties. For returns related to matters covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact them directly. The Bunker does not handle any warranties or policies beyond the 30-day return policy in this document
Order Discrepancies
Order discrepancies are not covered by this return policy. Order discrepancies must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order. After that time, The Bunker will consider an order to have been fulfilled accurately in its entirety and the customer has accepted as such.
